How long does a Reiki session last, and what are your rates?
A typical Reiki session with Kevin lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes and is structured to provide a complete and personalized experience:
15 minutes for intake: We begin by discussing your intentions, any concerns, and what you hope to gain from the session.
45 minutes on the table: During this time, you’ll relax fully clothed on the Reiki table while I work with Reiki energy to promote balance, relaxation, and healing.
15 minutes after: We’ll take time to discuss any insights, sensations, or experiences from the session and address any questions you may have.

Initial session: $44
Returning clients: $30
Reiki referral: 50% off—for the client referred AND the one who referred them!
It is important to me to share the healing power of Reiki and keep it as accessible as possible, which is why I am committed to these rates through 2025. After 2025, rates may increase with a sliding scale for those experiencing financial hardship.

Where does our Reiki session take place?
Your Reiki session will take place in a serene, dedicated Reiki room within my home in the East Harriet neighborhood of Southwest Minneapolis, MN*. This space has been intentionally designed to foster relaxation, healing, and peace. It features an inviting ambiance with carefully selected decor, crystals, and sacred objects that support the flow of positive energy and create a nurturing environment.
I live here with my wife and young son, both of whom hold a deep respect for the work being done in this space. During your session, the atmosphere will be calm and undisturbed, as I take great care to ensure a tranquil setting for your healing experience. The house will be empty or at the very least quiet and free of interruptions. When my wife is home, her understanding of the sacredness of this work ensures that the space remains peaceful and focused entirely on your comfort and well-being.
I believe in creating a welcoming and professional environment where you can feel fully supported on your healing journey. If you have any concerns or specific preferences regarding the session environment, feel free to share them with me, and I’ll be happy to accommodate where possible.

How should I prepare for a Reiki session?
There is no preparation needed for a Reiki session, however wearing comfortable clothing, drinking water, and approaching the session with an open heart and mind is always suggested. Intoxicants (including excessive caffeine) should be avoided.
What should I do after a Reiki session?
After a Reiki session, it’s important to give yourself time and space to integrate the healing energy. Here are some suggestions to help you make the most of your session:
Drink Plenty of Water: Staying hydrated helps your body process and release any energetic or physical shifts that may have occurred during the session.
Rest and Reflect: You may feel deeply relaxed or even energized after a session. Listen to your body and allow yourself time to rest if needed. Journaling any thoughts, feelings, or sensations can also help you process the experience.
Be Gentle with Yourself: Emotions or memories may surface after a session as part of your healing process. Treat yourself with kindness and compassion, allowing these feelings to flow without judgment.
